Should a customer have any issues with any of these products we carry online, they will be subject to the terms and agreements contained in this Shipping, Refund and Return Policy.

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED unless the order is wrong at the time of purchase.

The product must still be in its original package with all tags attached and has not been used or altered ( installed, brushed, dyed, cut, washed, conditioning, etc).  Items will not be exchanged or refunded. J Jordan Hair Company will not exchange or return the product.
