Refunds and Exchanges
All Sales Are Final. J Jordan Hair Company does not offer refunds on any products, unless the customer received the wrong order.
If a customer is unsatisfied with their order, they have the option to send it back within 3 days for an exchange and get another one in return. The customer is responsible for their own shipping fees and other incurred costs to make the exchange happen, and must supply an tracking number Via email to JJordanhair@gmail.com. We also ask that the billing address and name match the payment method you use. Please ensure that the address is correct to prevent mailing delays. We Are Not Responsible For Lost Or Stolen Packages.
The product must still be in its original package with all tags attached and has not been used or altered ( installed, brushed, dyed, cut, washed, conditioning, etc). Items will not be able to exchange or refund.

Should a customer place an order with us and cancel within 24 hours, they will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the initial order amount.
Orders CANNOT be canceled or changed once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the hair extensions.
