What is Mink Hair?

Mink hair is a higher quality virgin hair that can last up to 1 years. It is the most sought after texture in the market right now. It is known for its softness, silkiness and durability. The wefts are double stitch constructed, this hair is sourced from one single donor, all the cuticles go in the same direction.

How many bundles do I need?

For lengths 18 inches and lower we recommend 3 bundles. For lengths 20 inches and up we recommend 4 bundles, for a fuller look. Remember: The longer the length smaller the weft.

Can I dye/bleach my hair extensions?

Yes, because the hair is Virgin human hair, it can be bleached and dye. We recommend taking your hair to a professional to avoid over- processing or coloring your hair which can result in shedding or dryness.

Does the hair shed?

Because the hair is sewn on a weft it is prone to minimal shedding. However, proper maintenance of the hair including usage of tooth combs is advised and will decrease the amount of shedding. Too much heat may damage the virgin hair.

Can heat be applied to my hair?

Yes, our extensions are 100% virgin human hair and heat can be applied. The hair should be treated like your own so be sure to protect the hair from extensive heat with usage of heat protectants, etc, so that your extensions maintain the luster.

When do orders ship out? How many days to reach me?

Orders will ship out within 48 hours after payment. And it usually takes 3-10 business days to reach you after shipment.

We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best hair extensions.. All sales are Final No Refunds only Exchanges, must ship back for exchange within 3 days of receipt. * Products must be in its original condition ( unworn, unaltered,unwashed, undamaged) and all labels and packaging must be included.*If you want to exchange an item you will need to email at JJordanhair@gmail.com. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered(installed, brushed, dyed, picked, cut, or washed). The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We are not responsible for any fees associated with shipment upon delivery. We do not refund shipping orders for orders returned. We are not responsible for shipping cost.
